Aftersales Service Commitment Letter
To ensure the reputation of our company, we will provide high-quality products, complete, thoughtful, and fast service to our customers. We hereby make the following after-sales service commitments:
1. Our company provides warranty services for products, with a warranty period of 12 months after the unit is debugged and accepted, or 15 months from the date of shipment from the factory (i.e. long-term non installation and use), whichever comes first. We provide lifelong paid services beyond the warranty period. Our company has a comprehensive after-sales service system, located in Dongguan. We quickly and effectively solve customer problems through various methods such as telephone, fax, and on-site service, and promptly repair and return customer parts for repair.
2. Our company implements a 2-hour response system for customer after-sales service, and maintains a certain number of spare parts in our company to provide timely customer service. And establish a customer service card to keep track of equipment operation and after-sales tracking services at all times. All equipment provided by our company, whether within the warranty period or not, will be provided with corresponding maintenance services and technical support in accordance with relevant regulations to ensure the normal operation of users.
3. During the warranty period, if there is a quality malfunction in the equipment, it will be repaired free of charge and damaged parts will be replaced.
4. Outside the warranty period, our company will repair at cost, and the price of accessories will be settled at the factory price.
In addition, our company can also provide technical training for the demander's operators, which includes the following content:
Our technical personnel introduce the structure, usage, precautions, and daily maintenance of the equipment to the demander's operators during the on-site installation and debugging process. Enable trained on-site operators to independently complete operations and daily maintenance.
Arrange for the demander's operators to participate in our training and provide teaching materials.
The customer support department established by our company has multiple service engineers who have received good training and rich experience. We will provide users with various technical services, including selection, design, installation, debugging, maintenance, and repair.
