Product Warranty Regulations
Product warranty scope
This warranty regulation applies to all series of products sold by our company. If the product malfunctions due to quality or manufacturing issues during the basic warranty period, our company will provide the following warranty services.
Basic warranty and liability
The equipment sold by our company shall have a warranty period of one year from the completion of debugging, or 15 months from the date of shipment from Renjie factory (i.e. long-term non installation and use). If one of the above time limits is reached first, the warranty period shall be terminated.
During the warranty period, if a malfunction falls within the scope of the warranty, our company will pay for all parts and labor costs required for repairs. Our company will be responsible for covering the travel expenses of the repair personnel, including food and accommodation during the on-site repair period.
Our company is not responsible for any other indirect losses caused by the fault, including but not limited to indirect cumulative losses and expenses during the fault analysis and repair period.
In the event of a major malfunction, in order to determine whether the malfunction is the responsibility of the user or caused by material and manufacturing defects, the user shall not disassemble or repair the unit before contacting our company to determine the malfunction.
Basic warranty process user responsibility
The warranty responsibility borne by our company should be carried out on the premise of correct installation, use, and maintenance of the unit. Users must use the product in accordance with the manufacturer's prescribed usage conditions and regularly repair and maintain the equipment according to the manufacturer's recommended procedures. For details, please refer to the materials provided to users randomly: "Renjie Product User Manual" and relevant instructions.
It is also the responsibility of users to provide evidence that they have carried out all the recommended repairs and maintenance by our company in accordance with the regular maintenance requirements.
During the basic warranty period, users are responsible for bearing the cost of replacing filter elements, oil, fuses, and other maintenance items.
San Bao Restriction
Our company is not responsible for the following items during the warranty period.
1. Faults caused by improper installation and failure to follow the user manual installation guidelines.
2. Faults caused by users not following regular maintenance procedures.
3. The fault is determined by our company to be an operational error or negligence, including failure to use the correct engine oil, incorrect wiring, and self modification without the consent of our company's technical department.
4. Continue to use after a malfunction occurs, or continue to use even though the malfunction should have been discovered.
5. Due to malfunctions caused by altitude exceeding the limit, it is recommended that dealers proactively declare and explain equipment sold to areas with altitude exceeding the limit before placing an order. Including use in areas with particularly abnormal water quality.
6. The normal lifespan of consumables expires.

Extension policy
After the end of the basic warranty period, Renjie can provide extended and continued warranty services.
After purchasing the extended warranty service package, during the extended warranty period of the product, the warranty policy will continue to apply the Renjie Product Warranty Regulations; The starting time of the extended warranty service should seamlessly connect with the basic warranty period.
Purchase the extended warranty service pack and include maintenance parts during the extended warranty period.
