Consequently, ensuring more reliable protection for equipment has become increasingly important. Renjie Company can directly tailor maintenance and servicing plans to meet customers’ specific needs. Our factory’s professionally trained service engineers will carry out comprehensive, regular maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, emergency repairs, and training sessions according to the agreed-upon plan, thereby guaranteeing that the equipment operates safely, stably, and reliably at its maximum potential.
After-Sales Service Commitment Letter
To safeguard our company’s reputation, we are committed to providing customers with top-quality products as well as comprehensive, thoughtful, and prompt service. To this end, we have formulated the following after-sales service commitments:
1. Our company provides warranty service for its products. The warranty period is 12 months after the equipment has been commissioned and accepted, or 15 months from the date of shipment from the factory (whichever comes first), provided that the equipment remains unused and uninstalled for an extended period. Beyond the warranty period, we offer lifelong paid maintenance services. Our company boasts a comprehensive after-sales service system. Located in Dongguan, we promptly and effectively address customer issues through various channels such as telephone, fax, and on-site service, ensuring timely repairs and prompt return of repaired components to our customers.
2. Our company implements a response system that guarantees a reply within two hours for customer after-sales service. We also maintain a certain stock of spare parts at our facility to ensure timely service for our customers. In addition, we have established customer service cards to keep abreast of equipment operating conditions and provide ongoing after-sales follow-up services. For all equipment supplied by our company, whether under warranty or not, we will provide corresponding repair services and technical support in accordance with applicable regulations, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of our users’ equipment.
3. During the warranty period, if the equipment experiences a quality malfunction, it will be repaired free of charge, and damaged parts will be replaced.
4. Outside the warranty period, our company will provide repairs at cost, and the prices of spare parts will be settled at the ex-factory price.
In addition, our company can also provide technical training for the buyer’s operators. The personnel training covers the following topics:
During the on-site installation and commissioning of the equipment, our technical personnel will introduce the structure, operation procedures, precautions, and daily maintenance requirements of the equipment to the customer’s operators. This will enable the trained on-site operators to independently perform operations and carry out routine maintenance.
Arrange for the buyer’s operators to attend the training we are hosting and provide them with the training materials.
Our company’s customer support department has several service engineers, all of whom are well-trained and highly experienced. We will provide users with a full range of technical services, including product selection, design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair.
