Product Warranty Terms
Product Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to all product lines sold by our company. During the basic warranty period, if a product malfunctions due to quality or manufacturing issues, our company will provide the following warranty services.
Basic Warranty and Liability
The equipment sold by our company is covered by a warranty period of one year from the date of commissioning, or 15 months from the date of shipment from the Renjie factory (whichever comes first if the equipment remains uninstalled and unused for an extended period). The warranty period will terminate as soon as either of these time limits is reached.
During the warranty period, if a failure occurs that is covered by the warranty, our company will cover all costs associated with the repair, including parts and labor. Our company will also be responsible for covering the travel expenses of the repair personnel, including accommodation and meals during on-site repairs.
Our company assumes no responsibility for any indirect losses resulting from the failure, including but not limited to indirect cumulative losses and expenses incurred during failure analysis and repair.
In the event of a major malfunction, in order to determine whether the fault is attributable to the user’s responsibility or caused by material or manufacturing defects, the user must not disassemble or repair the unit in any way before contacting our company for fault assessment.
User Responsibilities in the Basic Warranty Process
The warranty liability borne by our company shall be valid only under the premise that the equipment has been installed correctly and is used and maintained properly. Users must operate the product in accordance with the usage conditions specified by the manufacturer and perform regular maintenance and servicing according to the manufacturer’s recommended procedures. For specific details, please refer to the documentation provided free of charge with the product: the “Renjie Product User Manual” and related instruction manuals.
Users are also responsible for providing evidence demonstrating that they have carried out all maintenance and servicing recommended by our company in accordance with the scheduled maintenance requirements.
During the basic warranty period, the user is responsible for covering the costs of maintenance and repair items such as replacing filters, engine oil, and fuses.
Three-package restrictions
Our company is not responsible for the following items under warranty.
1. Malfunctions caused by improper installation or failure to follow the installation instructions in the user manual.
2. Malfunctions caused by the user’s failure to follow the scheduled maintenance and servicing procedures.
3. Failures caused by operational errors or negligence as determined by our company, including failure to use the correct type of engine oil, incorrect wiring, and unauthorized modifications made without the prior approval of our technical department.
4. Continuing to use the device after a fault has occurred, or continuing to use it despite being reasonably expected to detect the fault.
5. Due to malfunctions caused by exceeding altitude limits, we recommend that dealers proactively declare and specify, prior to placing orders, any equipment intended for delivery to regions with altitudes that exceed the specified limits—including areas with particularly unusual water quality.
6. The regular lifespan of the consumables has expired.

Extended Warranty Policy
After the basic warranty period expires, Renjie can provide extended warranty services.
After purchasing the extended warranty service package, the product’s warranty policy during the extended warranty period will continue to follow the “Renjie Product Warranty Regulations.” The start date of the extended warranty service should seamlessly align with the end date of the basic warranty period.
Purchasing the extended warranty service package includes complimentary maintenance parts for the duration of the extended warranty.
