Product Description
If the relative humidity of the air is too low, the adhesion of the paint will deteriorate. On the other hand, if the relative humidity is too high, the glaze layer sprayed onto the product may become excessively diluted, forming tiny liquid bubbles. As these bubbles evaporate during the drying process, they can lead to poor spraying results and the formation of fine pits on the sprayed surface. We must listen carefully to and thoroughly understand our customers’ needs, then meet those needs and even exceed their expectations—this is “Ren.” We strive relentlessly to maintain the highest product quality and continuously introduce innovative new products, creating greater value for our customers, becoming the most innovative enterprise, and earning widespread acclaim as a supplier in the markets we serve—this is “Jie.”
Working principle
It works by absorbing the sensible heat from the air through heat exchange and converting it into the latent heat of vaporization of water. Eventually, the tiny water droplets transform into gaseous water, becoming one of the components of the air. As a result, the dry-bulb temperature of the air drops significantly, achieving the dual purpose of humidification and cooling.
Isenthalpic humidification
During humidification, the latent heat of vaporization of water comes from the sensible heat of the air. Moreover, the enthalpy of liquid water at room temperature is significantly lower than that of gaseous water. As a result, after humidification, the total enthalpy of the air remains nearly unchanged. Consequently, the enthalpy required for the vaporization of liquid water contributes little to the increase in the total enthalpy of the air. Therefore, wet-film humidification is an isenthalpic humidification process.
Structure
It utilizes a sustainable drip irrigation system, where water droplets are directly released to moisten the permeable wet curtain positioned below, keeping it consistently damp. A fan or wind turbine then forces air to flow over this wet curtain, enabling the air to come into contact with the moist surface and undergo an enthalpy exchange, thereby achieving the purpose of humidification.
composition
It mainly consists of a water filter, a water supply pipeline, a water-electricity solenoid valve, a water distribution pipe, and a wet curtain.
Types
Wet curtains typically come in three materials: organic (flammable), inorganic (flame-retardant and non-combustible), and metallic (aluminum alloy, stainless steel).

Features
(1) Enthalpy-preserving humidification requires preheating the air.
(2) The humidifier unit itself does not consume electricity.
(3) Low humidification efficiency.
(4) Simple structure, easy to maintain.
(5) Since continuous dripping is required to keep the wet curtain moist, this results in wasteful use of water resources.
(6) The equipment is prone to fouling and scaling, so it must be installed in a location that is easy to clean, maintain, and replace. Additionally, the equipment needs to be replaced regularly, resulting in high maintenance costs.
(7) Moss may grow inside the machine, so regular maintenance, repairs, and disinfection are required.
(8) Precise humidity control is difficult to achieve (the only way to improve it is through segmented control), unless an integrated airflow control system is in place.
