Working Principle
It is to absorb the sensible heat of the air by heat exchange and convert it into the latent heat of evaporation of water. Finally, the small water droplets will turn into gaseous water and become one of the components of the air, and the dry bulb temperature of the air will drop significantly to achieve the purpose of humidification and cooling.
Isenthalpic Humidification
During the humidification process, the latent heat of vaporization of water comes from the sensible heat of the air, and the enthalpy of liquid water at room temperature is very small compared to the enthalpy of gaseous water. After the air is humidified, the total enthalpy of the air remains almost unchanged, so liquid water The enthalpy of vaporization does not contribute much to the increase of the total enthalpy of the air, so wet film humidification belongs to isenthalpic humidification.
Structure
It is to use the sustainable dripping pipeline, the dripping water drops directly wet the breathable wet curtain placed below to keep it moist, and the air is forced to blow to the wet curtain by the windmill or fan, so that the air contacts the wet surface to generate heat Conversion to achieve the purpose of humidification.
Composition
It is mainly composed of water filter, water supply pipeline, water supply solenoid valve, water distribution pipe and wet curtain.

There are generally three materials for wet curtains: organic (flammable), inorganic (flame retardant, non-flammable), and metal (aluminum alloy, stainless steel).
