Ultrasonic nozzle
If the relative humidity of the air is too low, the adhesion of the paint will decrease. On the other hand, if the relative humidity is too high, the glaze layer sprayed onto the product may become excessively diluted, forming tiny liquid bubbles. As these bubbles evaporate during drying, they can lead to poor spraying results and the formation of fine pits on the sprayed surface.

Product Description
If the relative humidity of the air is too low, the adhesion of the paint will deteriorate. On the other hand, if the relative humidity is too high, the glaze layer sprayed onto the product may become excessively diluted, forming tiny liquid bubbles. As these bubbles evaporate during the drying process, they can lead to poor spraying results and the formation of fine pits on the sprayed surface. We must listen carefully to and thoroughly understand our customers’ needs, then meet those needs and even exceed their expectations—this is “Ren.” We strive relentlessly to maintain the highest product quality and continuously introduce innovative new products, creating greater value for our customers, becoming the most innovative enterprise, and earning widespread acclaim as a supplier in the markets we serve—this is “Jie.”
The specially designed dual-fluid ultrasonic nozzle made of stainless steel not only boasts high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance with an extended service life, but also features a uniquely designed, front-mounted, adjustable bullet-shaped ultrasonic resonator that effectively enhances spray quality by producing finer water droplets that blend more readily with the air. Moreover, this nozzle offers excellent atomization performance even under a wide range of gas-to-liquid pressure differentials. The front-mounted, adjustable bullet-shaped ultrasonic resonator allows for easy adjustment of the distance between the nozzle outlet and the resonator. Thanks to its ability to effortlessly fine-tune both the spray diffusion angle (arc) and atomization quality, the required humidification distance is significantly shorter compared to non-adjustable nozzles.
When the resonance adjuster is positioned too close to the nozzle, the atomized water mist will spray backward and strike the nozzle body itself, leading to condensation and poor atomization performance.
Adjust the resonance adjuster to the proper position, and the water mist will be sprayed out in a uniform, sheet-like pattern. At this point, the atomization effect is optimal, with a large surface area for contact with air and no dripping occurring.
When the resonance adjuster is located at a considerable distance from the nozzle outlet, the water mist is sprayed forward, and the atomized particles are relatively large.
