Integral injection molding of polyphenylene sulfide resin (Poly Phenylene Sulfide, PPS), has the following advantages:

Distributing only dry air humidification:

● Since the steam flows in the distribution pipe, the best dry steam is in the middle part of the pipe, while the condensed part flows down the inner wall of the pipe and is discharged to the discharge port.

● The length of the well-designed extended plastic nozzle is just close to the middle of the distribution pipe, so it only sprays the dry saturated steam in the middle part of the pipe to humidify, so as to ensure no dripping or condensation, and provide ultra-short absorption distance.
