On the other hand, if the relative humidity is too high, the glaze layer sprayed onto the product may become excessively diluted, forming tiny liquid bubbles. As these bubbles evaporate during the drying process, they can lead to poor spraying results and the formation of fine pits on the sprayed surface. Molded in one piece from polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin, it offers the following advantages:

● High temperature resistance: Its heat distortion temperature reaches as high as 270℃, and its UL continuous use temperature exceeds 220–240℃.

● Retains excellent mechanical strength even at high temperatures.

● Flame Retardancy: Meets UL97 V-0 standard.

● Corrosion-resistant: Exhibits excellent chemical resistance and can withstand corrosion by various chemicals at temperatures below 220℃.

Only for dry air humidification:

● Since the steam flows through the distribution pipe, the optimal dry steam is located in the middle section of the pipe, while the condensate flows downward along the inner wall of the pipe and is discharged toward the outlet.

● The carefully designed extended plastic nozzle is precisely positioned just near the middle of the distribution pipe, ensuring that only the dry saturated steam from the middle section of the pipe is sprayed for humidification. This guarantees no dripping or condensation and provides an exceptionally short absorption distance.
