Electric heating tube
If the relative humidity of the air is too low, the adhesion of the paint will decrease. On the other hand, if the relative humidity is too high, the glaze layer sprayed onto the product may become excessively diluted, forming tiny liquid bubbles. As these bubbles evaporate during drying, they can lead to poor spraying results and the formation of fine pits on the sprayed surface.

Product Description
If the relative humidity of the air is too low, the adhesion of the paint will deteriorate. On the other hand, if the relative humidity is too high, the glaze layer sprayed onto the product may become excessively diluted, forming tiny liquid bubbles. As these bubbles evaporate during the drying process, they can lead to poor spraying results and the formation of fine pits on the sprayed surface. We must listen carefully to and thoroughly understand our customers’ needs, then meet those needs and even exceed their expectations—this is “Ren.” We strive relentlessly to maintain the highest product quality and continuously introduce innovative new products, creating greater value for our customers, becoming the most innovative enterprise, and earning widespread acclaim as a supplier in the markets we serve—this is “Jie.”
The electric heating tube is the core component of an electric steam humidifier, and its stability, service life, and reliability are extremely important.
The manufacturing method of electric heating tubes involves evenly distributing high-temperature resistance wires in the central position within a high-temperature-resistant stainless steel tube. The gaps around these wires are densely packed with crystalline magnesium oxide powder, which boasts both excellent thermal conductivity and insulation properties. This structural design not only secures the resistance wires in place but also ensures high thermal efficiency and uniform heat distribution. When an electric current passes through the high-temperature resistance wires, the resulting thermal energy is conducted via the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the surface of the metal tube. From there, the heat is transferred through thermal conduction and convection, raising the temperature of pure water to produce steam, thereby humidifying the air.
The electric heating tube is made of a highly corrosion-resistant, high-nickel alloy material (containing over 30% nickel), offering excellent resistance to high voltage and high current. It features a low-wattage density design for an extended service life. Additionally, its L-shaped design not only simplifies assembly, replacement, and maintenance but also reduces the risk of water or electrical leakage during use and maintenance.
