As these bubbles evaporate during the drying process, they can lead to poor spraying results and the formation of fine pits on the sprayed surface. Made entirely of SUS304/316 material, it employs reed switches with highly sensitive performance and a contact lifespan of up to several million cycles. Moreover, since these switches do not require a power supply and feature simple circuitry, they are immune to interference.
When the water level falls below the set level, the heating operation of the steam generator will be temporarily halted. Once the water level reaches the set level, the generator will automatically resume operation.
The water level in the evaporation tank fluctuates significantly due to evaporation and boiling, and some dirt and impurities tend to accumulate on the surface. These contaminants can cause the float to malfunction or become stuck, preventing it from operating correctly. A cleverly designed protective cover here acts as a secondary tank (connected to the evaporation tank), thereby preventing the float from malfunctioning.
