Working Principle
(1) After heating the pure water to generate steam by using the heat energy generated by electric resistance, the steam is distributed in the air conditioning box or air duct through the steam distribution pipe to humidify the air.
(2) The main mode of operation is that the control box controls the operation of one or more sets of electromagnetic relays or SCR silicon-controlled rectifiers according to the humidification demand, so as to control the heat production of the electric heating tube to generate the required humidification.
(3) The electric heating tube is the core component, and its stability, service life and reliability are very important.
(4) The production method of the electric heating tube is to evenly distribute the high-temperature resistance wire in the middle position of the high-temperature-resistant stainless steel tube, and densely fill the crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation performance in the gap around it. To the role of fixed resistance wire, and high thermal efficiency, uniform heating. When a current flows through the high-temperature resistance wire, the generated heat energy is transferred to the surface of the metal tube through the crystalline magnesium powder, and then the pure water is heated to generate steam through heat conduction and heat convection, and then the air is humidified.
Product Features

(4) Leakage, short circuit, and overcurrent protection, which can detect electric heaters with abnormal quality early to avoid possible accidents, and can also test the manufacturing quality of electric heaters, so the safety is extremely high.
(5) Using pure water can greatly reduce the amount of maintenance or even maintenance-free.
(6) Because pure water can be used, the generated steam can meet the hygienic needs as much as possible.
(7) The water surface decontamination device removes mineral impurities floating on the water surface, which can prevent water pollution from being released together with steam.

Laboratories with high precision requirements, operating rooms, hospitals and food factories with high hygiene requirements, physical factories with sufficient pure water (deionized water) on site, etc.
Considerations when choosing an electric steam humidifier
(1) If there is excess pure water on site, using pure water for humidification can reduce or even almost eliminate maintenance costs.
(2) Due to the use of pure water, there is no need for frequent water intake and drainage. At the same time, using the phase SCR power regulator and the preheating function of the control, not only can achieve linear proportional steam output control, but also the control accuracy can reach ±1%RH ; So it is suitable for places requiring high precision, such as laboratories.
(3) Among the existing humidification methods, the humidification method with a control accuracy of more than ±3%RH is the electric steam humidifier (using SCR).
(4) Isothermal humidification, complete sterilization, and the use of pure water, so it is also applicable to places with high requirements for hygiene, such as operating rooms.
