High Pressure Mist Humidification System
Large humidification yield.

Working Principle
The softened and purified water is pressurized to 5~7MPa by a high-pressure plunger pump, and then passed through a high-pressure water pipe to a special micro-mist nozzle to spray a large number of ultra-fine floating mist particles with an average diameter of 3~60µm. In this way, the area in contact with the air is increased hundreds of times, so that the mist particles can quickly and easily absorb heat in the air, vaporize, and achieve the effect of cooling and humidifying through heat and moisture exchange.
Product Features
1. Water mist humidification, also known as isenthalpic humidification, can both humidify and cool down.
2. With AIR WASHING (air washing) function.
(1) In recent years, as the line width of electronic industry circuit manufacturing has been continuously reduced to nanometer level, and due to the extremely high density of regional factory construction, the cross-contamination effect of exhaust gas between factories has caused concerns about the environmental pollution of the manufacturing process. Some granular solid pollutants become gaseous molecular pollutants (AMC), such as: SOx, NOx, CO, NH₃, HCL and other organic pollutants.
(2) Granular solid pollutants combined with water mist become heavier and will settle down to play a role in dust removal.
(3) For gaseous molecular pollutants, water is not only a good absorbing liquid but also has a high price. When gaseous molecular pollutants are combined with water mist, they will dissolve in water, thereby achieving the effect of washing the air.
3. Energy saving:
(1) The power consumption of the humidifier itself is low.
(2) Humidification output is large.
(3) The flow rate of a single micro-mist humidification system pump station can reach about 2160kg/hr, and can be adjusted continuously, and the number of nozzles can be arbitrarily configured within the flow range.
(4) Reliable and safe.
(5) The core components adopt high-quality plunger pumps and components, which can run continuously for 24 hours. The electrical control has multiple protection functions such as water shortage protection and motor burnout protection.
(6) Sanitation.
(7) The water used in the system is sealed and non-recycled water that has been purified, so it will not cause bacteria to multiply.
Considerations and scope of application
(1) Places where the power supply is tight, the demand for heating is large, there is not enough compressed air source, and the accuracy of humidity control is not high.
(2) The internal heating workshop that cannot meet the humidification requirements through the air-conditioning air supply system can use the high-pressure micro-mist humidification system to directly humidify.
(3) Textile workshops, spraying workshops, electronic workshops, etc. that require air dust removal and air washing.
(4) Cooling and humidification of breeding, planting and cultivation in landscape and agriculture.

According to the application site, it can be divided into two types: direct humidification and indirect humidification (used in combination with wind cabinet and air duct).
1. R JW 1 ~ 4 are indirect humidification models, used in combination with wind cabinets; control methods include switch control and segmented proportional control.
Remarks: Segmented proportional control is to divide the number of nozzles into several groups, each group is controlled by a switching solenoid valve, and the corresponding number of solenoid valves are opened according to the magnitude of the signal to achieve the purpose of segmented proportional control.
2. R JW A ~ D are space direct humidification models, which can directly humidify in the space that needs to be humidified; the control methods include switch control and time control.
According to needs, regardless of indirect humidification or space humidification, all models can adopt the one-to-multi-humidification method.
Installation Notes
1. Indirect humidification through air cabinets and air ducts
Arrange the nozzles evenly in the humidification section of the wind cabinet and air duct, and send the humid air to the room through the fan. It is necessary to install a water baffle and a water tray, and play the role of secondary vaporization and humidification.
2. Space direct humidification
Lay high-pressure pipelines directly in the plant that needs humidification, and directly arrange the nozzles evenly in the humidification plant to directly humidify. To prevent dripping, high-quality high-pressure drain valves are required.
water supply
The water quality specifications are as follows:
Water quality: It is best to use pure water or deionized water to reduce maintenance.
Water pressure: 2-6Bar
Temperature: 4-40°C
The micro-mist system has a simple filter connected to the water tank through a hose, and a 500mm long water supply pipe is attached. The joint specification is 1/2" thread, which is used to connect to the water supply pipe. In addition, a manual switch should be installed on the water supply pipe The ball valve can shut off the humidification water supply during the maintenance of the humidifier.
drain
The micro-mist system does not need to be drained when in use. Generally, drainage is performed when the water tank is maintained and cleaned.
regular maintenance
Important:
After the micro-mist system has been in operation for 50 hours, the engine oil must be replaced; after that, the oil must be replaced every 200-500 hours. The engine oil number is 40.
Maintain or replace nozzles as needed.
