Boiler Type Steam Humidifier (Rapid Absorption)
Long service life, large humidification yield, ultra-short non-wet installation distance.
There is sufficient excess boiler steam on site, and the humidity control accuracy is not higher than ±3%, so the boiler steam humidifier can be given priority.
Principle
Through the special structure, the high-pressure steam is processed into low-pressure steam or even no pressure, and the special PPS resin nozzle is used to separate the water vapor, so that the dripping phenomenon during the humidification process can be avoided without designing a long humidification absorption distance, and the decompression will be reduced. And the steam after water vapor separation is evenly distributed in the air conditioning box or air duct to achieve the purpose of humidification.
Classification
There are two types of boiler steam humidifiers: single-pipe jet boiler steam humidifier and fast absorption boiler steam humidifier.
1. Single-pipe jet boiler steam humidifier, also known as dry steam humidifier, is suitable for small humidification demand.
2. There are two types of fast absorption boiler steam humidifiers: vertical distribution tube type and horizontal distribution tube type
(1) Vertical distribution tube type: all steam distribution tubes are arranged vertically; it is suitable for tall and narrow air conditioning boxes or air ducts.
(2) Horizontal distribution pipe type: all steam distribution pipes are arranged horizontally; it is suitable for low and wide air conditioning boxes or air ducts.
Composition
1. All steam distribution pipes, distributors, fixing brackets and water traps are made of 304 stainless steel pipes, which are durable and corrosion-resistant. Both the resin nozzle and the coupler are high temperature resistant, acid and alkali resistant engineering plastic products.
2. Boiler steam humidifier is composed of steam control valve and steam distributor. The combination of steam distributor and steam control valve is a complete humidification system.
There are three types of steam control valves: manual valve, switch solenoid valve and electric proportional valve. The steam control valve is generally prepared by the user, and can also be configured by the manufacturer.
3. There are two types of steam distributors: single-pipe injection steam distributor and fast absorption steam distributor.
Steam distribution pipe distribution area: from 0.1m 2 to 10m 2 .
A steam distributor is a steam diffusion device. It can also be used in combination with an electrode steam humidifier or an electric steam humidifier.

Features
1. Long service life.
All steam distribution pipes, distributors, fixing brackets and water traps are made of 304 stainless steel pipes, which are durable and corrosion-resistant. The resin nozzle and coupler are all high temperature resistant, acid and alkali resistant, non-polluting engineering plastic products.
2. Ultra-short non-wet installation distance
(1) It can be installed in front of the first obstacle in the rear section, such as elbows, cold/heat coils, windmills, etc. about 70 cm.
(2) Reduce space waste.
(3) Reduce the length of the air conditioning box or air duct, saving a lot of air conditioning box or air duct material costs, related installation labor costs and time occupation costs.
(4) Reduce heat energy loss. The longer the air conditioning box or air duct needs to be, the greater the relative heat loss coefficient.
※ It is recommended not to install it in front of the HEPA high-efficiency filter, so as not to seriously affect the HEPA performance. If it must be installed before the HEPA high-efficiency filter, please consult the manufacturer or agent for details.
3. Ultra-low steam distribution pressure
Only a small amount of steam pressure of about 100mmAq (100mm water column = 0.0009807MPa) can easily push the pure steam to the steam distribution pipes, and the pressure of the steam floating upward is enough.
There is also no need to install additional steam jackets to improve steam quality.
The steam produced by the electrode steam humidifier and the electric steam humidifier is basically pressureless steam. Therefore, the fast absorption steam distributor is often used together with the electrode steam humidifier or the electric steam humidifier.
4. No dripping
Precisely designed steam distribution pipes and resin nozzles can ensure no dripping, energy saving and bacteria growth.
The special elongated nozzle design that only takes dry saturated steam in the middle of the steam distribution pipe does not require additional steam jackets to prevent condensed water from being sprayed out.
5. Non-metal plastic extended nozzle:
Integral injection molding of polyphenylene sulfide resin (Poly Phenylene Sulfide, PPS), has the following advantages:
High temperature resistance: Its heat distortion temperature is as high as 270°C and its UL continuous use temperature is higher than 220~240°C.
At high temperature, it still maintains excellent mechanical strength.
Flame resistance: in line with UL97V-0 standard.
Corrosion resistance: It has excellent chemical resistance and can resist corrosion of various chemicals below 220 °C.

6. Only distribute dry air humidification:
Since the steam flows in the distribution pipe, the best dry steam is in the middle part of the pipe, while the condensed part flows down along the inner wall of the pipe and is discharged to the discharge port.
The length of the well-designed extended plastic nozzle is just close to the middle of the distribution pipe, so it only sprays the dry saturated steam in the middle part of the pipe to humidify, so as to ensure no dripping or condensation, and provide ultra-short absorption distance.
7. Ultra-low air resistance
Since the distance between the designed distribution circular tubes is relatively close to its overall size, the steam it distributes is quite tight, the humidification capacity is large, and the efficiency is extremely high. However, due to the cylindrical shape, the air resistance is relatively greatly reduced.

8. Ultra-fast humidification with high efficiency.
Combining the advantages of the above, ultra-short non-humidity installation distance, ultra-low steam pressure, no dripping, ultra-low air resistance, etc., it shows the fast, uniform and effective distribution of steam humidification characteristics of the rapid absorption steam humidifier.
9. Reduce considerable installation related costs
Since the installation distance of the non-wetting is much shorter, it saves a lot of air conditioning box or air duct material costs, related installation labor costs and time occupation costs.
10. Combined design, easy installation and convenient construction.
Simple and easy, no additional processing required. The size can be customized according to the required size, it can be pre-assembled in the factory, and it can be directly hung in the air conditioning box or air duct after delivery to the site. However, the super-long or super-wide design must be assembled in the air-conditioning box or air duct.
The appearance is beautiful and generous.
11. Condensate drainage
Water seal (trap) or steam trap can be used for drainage. When connected to a low-pressure steam generator (such as electrode steam humidifier and electric steam humidifier), only water seal can be used for drainage. When the steam decompression of the high-pressure boiler is used in the humidification system, the float type steam trap or the water trap can be selected for drainage. For duct type humidification applications, it is recommended to use water-sealed drainage, but attention should be paid to the height of the water seal and the screening of the control valve port.
12. Large steam humidification capacity,

It has been verified by examples that the maximum relative humidity on site can reach 90% RH, and the partition board does not condense.
Maximum size: 6M wide х 6M high.
